Click the “ORDERS” link under “MY ACCOUNT” in the menu bar to find your order history with attached invoices. You can download these records in a PDF format.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.
What information do I need to send an email money transfer (EMT)?
If you haven’t done so already, please add us as a recipient in the Interac E-transfer section of your online banking, using the email: email@example.com
When sending an EMT, if prompted, please use “liquid” as the security question (or, if not allowed the option, choose the most appropriate question) and “flavourcrafters” as the security answer.
